Step away from the pace of everyday life and enter a sacred space designed for deep healing, self-discovery, and transformation.
This immersive retreat blends Equine-Assisted Learning, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness practices, and creative expression to help participants release limiting beliefs, unwind patterns of trauma held in the body, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
Through guided experiences with horses, art, and nature, you will cultivate courage, clarity, emotional resilience, and calm embodiment.
This experience is designed to elevate the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to rediscover who you truly are.

Pre- and Post-Retreat Support
Transformation doesn’t begin and end at the retreat. Participants are supported before and after the experience to help deepen and integrate their growth.
Before the Retreat
Participants receive a personalized consultation with Kelly prior to arrival. This one-on-one virtual session helps clarify personal goals and includes curated materials such as guided reflections and mindfulness practices to help you arrive grounded and prepared.
After the Retreat
Each participant receives two one-hour virtual coaching sessions with Kelly following the retreat. These integration sessions help reinforce insights, support continued growth, and ensure the retreat experience translates into lasting change.
A Glimpse Into the Retreat Journey
Day 1 — Arrival & Connection
Participants arrive, settle into the environment, and meet their facilitators and fellow retreat members. Together we gather to set intentions, share our stories, and meet the horses who will accompany us on this journey.
Day 2 — Learning Presence
Through mindfulness practices and guided experiences, participants begin to slow down and reconnect with their senses, bodies, and emotions.
You begin to notice more about yourself and your surroundings — recognizing that you no longer need to wear a mask or numb what you feel.
Awaken the senses
Explore presence
Nourish connection
Day 3 — Standing in Your Strength
As awareness deepens, participants begin to explore personal boundaries, courage, and authentic expression through experiential work with horses.
Horses help illuminate the patterns we often carry in relationships and provide opportunities to practice new ways of being.
Participants explore:
• Asking for needs to be met
• Letting go of people-pleasing patterns
• Experiencing authentic connection
• Recognizing personal worth and strength
Day 4 — Intuition & Essence
Participants begin to integrate insights from the previous days, reconnecting with inner wisdom and learning to trust themselves more deeply.
Through mindfulness, somatic practices, and equine experiences, participants explore how mind, body, and spirit can work together to guide their path forward.
Day 5 — Integration & Closing
The retreat concludes with a closing circle where participants reflect on their journey and discuss ways to continue their growth after returning home.
Together we celebrate what has been discovered and create a plan for carrying these insights into everyday life.
“…be present, be still, be loved, be brave, be you…”
